30 DAY CHALLENGE FEBRUARY 2010 - WE DID IT!!!
Thank you all for being part of the 30 day challenge and making it through, strong and happy.
Congratulations to each and every one of you. From here we continue with more regular practise. Doing it 30 consecutive days builds discipline, habit, new friends and most importantly better healthier live;, which means less stress and more peace.
We also now have a tool to help us deal with what ever comes up in our daily lives.

MEDITATIONS
Every Sunday One hour sitting breath meditation.
Free and open to everyone.
Starts at 8 am
If you have never meditated before this is a good time to start. Bring a cushion to sit on, a light blanket to cover your self and keep warm.

17 students out of 30 participating completed the 30 day, everyone participating has put forth an excellent effort and reported feeling stronger and happier. Way to go Bikram Yogis, it all starts with us, we are the only one that can make changes in our lives! One step at the time.
